Vision

The investment scope is focused on Swiss commercial opportunities. SREO provides both regional diversification and specificity to properties throughout Switzerland. Priority is given to properties with promising value creation potential, often stemming from strategic repositioning. SREO aims to achieve a target net IRR of 12% for investors.

Approach

SREO’s approach centers on a value-add strategy, targeting commercial real estate spaces throughout Switzerland, making it accessible even to foreign investors. Special attention is given on properties showing substantial value-creation potential through strategic repositioning actions, developement and/or refurbishment works, etc.

Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. is a FINMA-regulated Swiss bank, headquartered in Geneva, offering traditional wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals. In 2022, Arab Bank (Switzerland) Ltd. and Gonet & Cie SA signed a strategic business partnership agreement, combining their products and services in the interest of their respective clients.

The new banking group is an important actor in the Swiss wealth management and private banking industry, with AUM in excess of CHF11bn and a capital of more than CHF 600m. The Portfolio Manager boasts proven experience since 2015 managing real estate funds across Europe and more recently in structuring real estate club deals in Switzerland for a value in excess of CHF 400m.
